五个简单训练增强你的意志力

五个简单训练是:
- drop a small bad habit(改掉一个小小坏习惯)
- learn something boring but useful(学会一些枯燥但有用的东西)
- do something you know you should ervery day for a week(做你每天应该做的事,坚持一个星期)
- set yourself an achievable, but difficult goal with a date for reaching it(给自己定一个有时限、困难的,但能完成的目标,并达成)
- have a month where you ban yourself from putting anything off(在一个月里不允许自己拖延任何事)
